Refund
We want all of our customers to receive the optimal service, so we want a message back if there is anyone who is not satisfied, so that we will have the opportunity to rectify this. This will then be done free of charge, if the result has not been as agreed on conditions.
Refund
If you are not satisfied with the job and do not want to come to us to rectify it, we unfortunately do not offer a refund of the payment, unless there are other abnormal circumstances that follow. We have spent our time on the products and therefore cannot refund the treatment. We will always offer a new appointment to rectify the dissatisfaction should it occur.
Allergies
It is important that the customer informs themselves if they are allergic to colour, tattoos or pigments. If you have a sensitive girl, this is also important and inform about the relationship. We want all customers to feel welcome and safe with us.
